Dr. Lisa Templeton has been a clinical psychologist, public speaker, teacher, and performer for the past 20 years. She is a dynamic, humorous, energetic, and experienced public speaker, addressing audiences of physicians, mental health professionals, law enforcement and crisis management individuals, women with infertility issues, teenagers, parents, as well as a general population of all ages.
Acceptance, Uplifting Yourself and Mindfulness - Dr. Lisa speaks on various topics relating to her expertise on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and spiritual integration. She also runs classes on her book, which is a 2018 book of the year finalist, Letting It Be: Mindful Lessons Toward Acceptance.
She addresses working with difficulty in one’s life with the practice of mindfulness and being with particular energies relating to acceptance such as love, breath, our observer, thoughts, emotions, mindful choices, humility, and oneness through spirituality.
